Our service includes:

1. Consultation and Strategy: First engagement with our client to understand the problems that our client wants to solve; Understanding the objectives of our client and doing our initial research if the problem and the expected solution will match and can deliver the desired outcome. 2. Design: According to the scope and agreed solution, our experienced designers crafts user-friendly interfaces and experiences through UI/UX design and prototypes client review. We also perform user study and various qualitative and quantitative analysis in optimizing the user experience to ensure the prototypes are well accepted to the targeted customer segment. We always have an Design review meeting with clients before starting the development following the design ensuring the client are aligned with the design.

3. Development : We build a dedicated development team of qualified resources that matches the technical skillsets for the product. Depending on the clients preference we follow either waterfall or Agile (Scrum) approach to execute the development work and build the team accordingly.

4. Quality Assurance and Testing: We assign dedicated experienced QA resources to perform rigorous testing to ensure the product is developed according to the requirements and prototypes, and bug-free. We also conduct vulnerability testing of the developed products simulating the production environment. Depending on the project size and scope we assign dedicated security experts to overlook the product development and testing.

5. Deployment: We assign a separate team for deployment to the production environment; This team ensures the all the dependencies are met, documentation, approvals, announcements are in place before pushing the code or changes to the production environment. Our ultimate goal is to prevent unwanted exposer of the product and feature to the user customers.

6. Maintenance and Support: Right after the product launch, we do offer a hyper care service for a period of time to ensure the smooth launch of the product before entering to the regular maintenance and support service following the SLA agreements. We do collaborate with the client to find the best approach to support business and the end user depending on the available resources and product dynamics.
